FYI, I added entries in the 'Resources' directory for the TC's primer, business
value presentation, and technical overview presentation. 

As we create pages in the Wiki Knowledgebase, we can include links to these
core Resources as appropriate. It's probably best to do that in a 'See also:'
footnote (e.g. http://bpel.xml.org/about-bpel). We can certainly also copy
content from these core Resources into discrete Wiki pages, so people don't
have to go digging around in these documents if they don't want to.

I've also created an FAQ forum (http://bpel.xml.org/forum-faq) and added a few
questions from the TC's FAQ.
