BPEL FAQ

FYI, I posted the TC's FAQ http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/wsbpel/faq.php
in a 'General BPEL questions' forum at http://bpel.xml.org/forum-FAQ-general. 

(I could have created a wiki page for the FAQ, but I think the Forum organizes
the Q&A's a lot better.)

I added a link to the FAQ from the 'About BPEL' wiki page,
http://bpel.xml.org/about-bpel.

I'm assuming the TC's FAQ is still accurate. If you notice any errors, please
let me know.
