AI: Board to review Bruce's article (resent earlier today) and send comments
and suggestions for poll question.
AI: Bruce to post final article on site and send Carol link, brief description
for homepage, and poll question. Carol will post to homepage and create new
poll and Forum topic.

easier to locate TC materials.

AI: Don, JoAnn and others to add content and advise when Carol should add the
link to the bottom navigation.
3. Board decided to consolidate several KB pages into one 'Getting Started' or
'Introduction' page.
AI: Don to provide specific instructions to Carol who will execute.
4. Board recognized the need to track deployments.
AI: Carol to create new wiki page. [Don. http://dita.xml.org/deployments ]
AI: Scott to email user groups asking them to encourage their members to add
links.
5. Don suggested creation of a DITA XML.org calling card.
AI: Carol to provide layout suggestions to JoAnn who will address this.
6. Bruce noted that the KB page for 'Specifications' was not in the bottom nav.
AI: Carol to add. [Done]
7. Michael (via IM) reminded us of need to add Forum posts to the homepage (as
we do for News and Blogs).
AI: Carol will add this to Seth's to-do list, however, it may not get addressed
this month.
8. Carol reported that Seth is working on fixes for the Events page now. Next,
he'll integrate the work Bob did on aggregating news and blogs from external
sites.
9. Carol informed Board that Seth has installed an alternate editor to fck on
our staging site. Anyone from the Board interested in evaluating this editor
should contact Carol. Don suggested we consider the Dita Storm
(http://ditastorm.com) editor, but this may be more practical for the OASIS TC
wiki.
Next meeting: Thursday, 9 Nov, 2:00 pm ET. Dial-in +1-402-756-9000 access code:
