DITA adoption question to accompany article

Hi Carol,

Here's a DITA adoption question to accompany the specialization article
(http://dita.xml.org/node/1484):

How far along are you in DITA adoption?
  - Hearing about it
  - Planning first conversion
  - Piloting
  - Migrating
  - In production

Also, I cleaned up a few spammy comments.
Most of the e-mail addresses were one-time addresses at yahoo.
