Email notifications of Wiki page edits and Forum posts

Neil has enabled registered users to subscribe to individual Wiki KB pages and
Forums. This is really exciting.

Pick the Wiki KB pages you want to track, select the "Subscribe post" link in
the footer, and you'll receive an email whenever an edit is made to that page. 

Or pick a Forum topic you want to track, select the "Subscribe post" link in
the footer, and you'll receive an email notification whenever a new post is
made to that Forum topic.

Please try this out, and let me know what you think.
