Re: [dita-fa-edboard] Edits to Deployments page

It's tempting to try to separate out those who are primarily service 
providers from those who are primarily users.

It's nice if a service provider uses DITA internally, but I thought the 
original purpose of the page was to provide something analogous to a list 
of reference accounts.
