1. Strengthen the KB. 
   Review action items from last month's call (listed below).

2. Promote use of the site via dita-users yahoo list. 
   Each month, one EdBoard member volunteers to monitor the list and whenever
appropriate:
	- encourage people to post information to XML.org and 
	- direct people with questions to relevant XML.org pages 

3. Blogging policy

Subject: DITA XML.org EdBoard Meeting Minutes: Dec 2007

Attending: JoAnn, Su-Laine, Scott, Don, Bob, Bruce, Carol

Su-Laine and Bruce presented their ideas for improving content on the site.
(See previous emails to this list for more details.) After much discussion, the
team agreed to focus on strengthening the KB by centralizing info so people can
go to one place on a topic and eliminating the duplication between the KB and
Resources sections.

Action items:
-identify goals of the site
-identify tasks required to meet these goals
-articulate editorial policy to ensure quality content
-invite influential people to contribute in specific ways

Board agreed to coordinate this project through the EdBoard section of the
site.
