New wiki page on dita.xml.org

Hi Board Members:
At today's meeting, a few of us created a new wiki page on the site.
We're highlighting "myths" about technical writing that should be
rethought as groups begin a dita implementation.

We ask each editorial board member to add his or her own "myth" to this
wiki page before we announce it to the public.

You have one week from today (by June 19) to add your myth. If you have
supporting content, link to an article as we did with stem sentences and
glue text.
