I'm getting ready to release the next version of
my freeware class library (which includes some
XML capability) and have reached a stumbling
block.
What does ^ mean (in rule [10])?
Is this a valid attribute:
<EATERY Name='Sam^'s Bagel-O-Rama'/>
Should the value of the "Name" attribute be
"Sam's Bagel-O-Rama"?
