Hello,
If I were writing an XML parser (in PERL) and I wanted to consider
adding functionallity to recognize tags in particular namespaces, then
would it make sense that the parser could import locally, dynamically
link, include, request from the namespace URI (broker
fashion?)--whatever you want to call it--behaviors for that tag and its
content such as simple tag replacement, special formatting, re-ordering
of elements, basically full XSL I think?
