FW: IDL in XML or SGML

I hope this is the first time this has come through, as the email was
bounced from the Mail Delivery System [Mailer-Daemon@ic.ac.uk] the last 2
times I sent it. I am guessing that it was because I was subscribed to the
digest and not the regular list. So, I am back on the regular list now.

I am forwarding the question of a colleague who is not on this list. I would
appreciate being cc'ed, as I am getting xml-dev in digest form.
Thanks,
Joel

Is anyone aware of an XML application which encodes an Interface Description
Language, such as for DCE RPC, COM or CORBA? I'm particularly looking for
an XML (or even SGML) application of encoding the Microsoft IDL (MIDL).
I'd appreciate pointers.
Thanks,
Perry
