innovation Partners and CEI announce IRIS XML EDITOR beta 1

The first release (beta 1) of IRIS XML EDITOR is now available for

the user to create XML projects based on a DTD generated (saved) with

contains buttons which can
insert easily elements you describe in your DTD. You'll get dynamic
element wizzards too, if you
provide some attributes for elements. Obviously, IRIS XML EDITOR is a
full XML oriented editor
with many improved editing functionnalities like :

- Toggle between Upper and lower case with shift + F3

- Intelligent inserting of element
- multi pages editing windows to edit large collections of files

We currently working on improving support of other DTDs (those not saved
with IRIS XML DTD GENERATOR,
please see the readme.txt file in the distribution for more informations
on how to use others
DTDs). We are also working on an internal XSL engine for visualisation
purpose. All this work will
appear in the next beta version (beta 2 or beta 3).

Well known in FRANCE for his HTML EDITOR ODYSSEE ( see
http://www.mondial-telecom.com/odyssee ),
Innovation Partners has start to think about XML many months ago. This
thought tell us to develop
3 XML software. The first one, IRIS XML DTD GENERATOR, is a tool for
building XML DTDs. The second
is IRIS XML EDITOR for editing XML files. And the third one is a XSL
stylesheet EDITOR for
presenting and processing XML files. These 3 softwares can naturally
work together, building a complete
sofware suite for XML editing. For limitations, supported
functionnalities, and bugs of beta
versions, please see the readme file of the downloaded software. Now
lets have a look to the
