I have recently posted about etiquette on this list - maybe some people
have missed it - under the portmanteau heading 'LISTRIVIA'. Henry has also
added his comments. Among the fairly few aspects of discipline we like
people to keep are:
	- please include a subject line "Re:" is not helpful and may cause
indexing problems
	- please keep meaningful thread subjects

<EMPH>PLEASE</EMPH> do not add attachments of any kind. It costs me money
that I can't afford. It annoys other list members. It fouls up the hypermail.
