Apologies to anyone who doesn't like cross-posts. This is going to both
"xml-litprog-l" and "xml-dev" as it applies to both.
There is a new "xml-litprog-l" Web page on encoding literate documents at
<http://www.ems.uq.edu.au/Public/Lists/xml-litprog-l/encoding.html>
which contains links to an event log produced while parsing a simple XML file:
<http://www.ems.uq.edu.au/People/Tony/litprog/xml/samples/fw-sax-events.txt>
This was done just so that I knew what was happening, but I mention it in case
it is useful for anyone else. The Java code I used is available as
<http://www.ems.uq.edu.au/People/Tony/Java/Lib/litprog.zip>
or
<http://www.ems.uq.edu.au/People/Tony/Java/Lib/litprog.jar>
I don't intended to post "xml-litprog-l" announcements to "xml-dev". This one
is an exception because it contains links to (albeit trivial) code that might be
more generally useful than for the readership of "xml-litprog-l" alone.
Cheers,
Tony.
