I'm setting up a web home for XSchema documents as they are completed, plus
some supporting information. At present, I'm hosting them at
http://members.aol.com/simonstl/xschema/
A description of the project and the goals should be going up later this
afternoon. This is handy for me (despite AOL's horrible FTP tools) because
it's effectively free. I already host a number of microsites on that account,
so adding another directory is no problem.
Note: This is a separate directory from my XML essays section - I DON'T want
to conflate this project with my other work, not all of which is agreeable to
many people helping with this project.
In a month or so I'll be setting up another site (simonstl.com) on a
co-located server running the Java Web Server. I have to move 600 miles
first, and buy the server, but that's coming. When that happens, I might be
able to provide a more exciting XSchema site, if this project survives as an
entity. (xschema.org is available. Take xschema.com if you want to build a
company on this, and leave xschema.org for us crazy spec builders.)
This _is_ a borderlands project, so I'm not rushing out to buy more space and
a domain name. All suggestions are welcome. That goes for the content on the
site as well. I'm trying to provide a brief explanation - tell me if I step
on any toes or forget something critical.
