Actually, I already regret it.  There has to be some kind of process
for deciding whether something rates use of the xml.org domain, and
the fact is that I don't have time to do this myself.  I believe that
I am going to end up delegating this somewhere; please do me a favor
and avoid using xml.org for a little bit until I figure out the best
way to handle this.
