This looks good to me.  I would add:
* An appendix for the XSchema DTD
* An appendix for the XSchema-declared-in-XSchema document

Also, do we need a section discussing the interaction of XSchema with other DTDs 
(there was some mention yesterday of allowing an internal subset which I didn't 
quite follow) or is this covered under the XSchema PI?
