I believe that notations and entities need representation, and both
Ron's draft and mine now incorporate them. XSchemas need to be
convertible to DTDs without losing material information (as opposed
to structural information about the DTD itself, as indicated by
parameter entities).
*A fortiori*, there should be a section on translating DTDs to
XSchemas as well as the other way around.
