Although there are still a few things Ron and John disagree on,
I have written a unified draft, basically by taking Ron's draft
and hacking on it a bit. Ron hasn't seen it yet, though, so
it may change further in the process of converging.

The URL: http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/XSchema-draft-DTD-19980605.txt .
You may also need: http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/ibtwsh.dtd .
In the interests of speed, I have not published new prose or a new
meta-XSchema yet.

New and changed stuff from Ron's last draft (*s mark what Ron has
NOT approved-in-principle yet):

*1. Attribute types need not be declared; the implicit
		default is CDATA.
*2. CDATA attributes can mention a syntax (no limitations on
this yet, but intended for things like "URL",
		"ISO8601" (date), etc.)
	3. #PCDATA within the schema is used only for the value of
		internal entities now.
*4. The Frequency attribute can be omitted in content models, and
		defaults to "Required".
	5. ElementRef is now just Ref.
	6. Enumeration is now EnumerationValue, for consistency.
	7. The Namespace element is in.
	8. The Doc element is allowed at the head of XSchema, ElementDecl,
		AttDef, EnumerationValue, GEDecl, Notation, and
		Namespace elements.  Its content model is %horiz.model;
from Itsy Bitsy, which allows simplified versions of
the HTML 4.0 elements CITE, CODE, DFN, EM, KBD, SAMP,
STRONG, VAR, FONT, A, BR, and SPAN, plus of course
		#PCDATA.
*9. XSchemas can be nested in XSchemas.
	10. The RootElement attribute is gone.
*11. Seq and Choice must have at least two children.
	12. Many comments added.
