Simple Workflow Access Protocol is a great step forward, but it
intentionally does NOT include a means of describing actual workflow
processes.
The Process Interchange Format has been around a long time (in
internet-years) and is nice and simple. Unfortunately its syntax is based
on KIF/LiSP.
I have made an initial stab at making PIF-XML. You can find it at
http://www.xmls.com/pif/
I'd love to hear your comments.
