Look in Appendix C of the specification at:

http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-XSL.html

However, note that Paul Grosso (one of the authors of this document) stated 
yesterday that:

"The document to which you refer is obsolete. A new draft is expected
near the end of July. The syntax has changed."
