Could someone explain what Ignore [65] in the XML 1.0 spec is? It seems to
duplicate content from [64] to no apparent purpose. It may just be my EBNF
illiteracy, but something weird's up here. I didn't see any annotation in the
xml.com version, either.
Reading specs too closely is fun...
