Could someone explain what Ignore  in the XML 1.0 spec is? It seems to
duplicate content from  to no apparent purpose. It may just be my EBNF
illiteracy, but something weird's up here. I didn't see any annotation in the
xml.com version, either.
Reading specs too closely is fun...
