IBTWSH excludes namespaces for the present, because the whole point of it
is to be HTML-compatible (except for the XML element, which is for
recursively included XML). An application should be able to forward the
content of the XSC:Doc element straight to an HTML process without
inspecting it.
I invite comment on style sheets, of which I have little understanding.
