xml-dev - Error in WD-DOM-19980720: Notation has no nodeType value

Although Notation is a subinterface of Node, there is no
nodeType value to represent a Notation within Node.

I propose the obvious: within interface Node, add:

	const unsigned short		NOTATION	= 12;
