I think this is very true. To put what Don says into a slightly different
perspective, I was recently given an interesting but third-hand statistic that
two thirds of the people alive on the earth at this point in time have never made
a telephone call. If true, you have to wonder what "serving the masses" really
means - probably not who has the nicest GUI.
