Hi all,
We are looking for a C++ implementation of an XML parser (with source
code, if possible)
for commercial use.

Requirements :
*	should be fast.(as fast as possible :-).
*	should be DTD aware .
*	preferably, a validating one with the option of switching off the
Validation.

Any idea where can I get a free one or one that can be purchased?
Thanks,
Rajesh N
