The BSD license has that property too, and in fact people *have*
made lots of money from BSD (the operating system, not the license)
and not paid the Regents any, still less the "contributors".

Omitting the famous uppercase disclaimer, however, risks your being
sued for big $$$$ when some application fails horribly that
happens to contain a SAX-based parser.
