In Neil Bradley's _The XML Companion_, he does a "Case Study" of a DTD
for DTD's (pages 174-179). Anybody played with this idea? I would love
to find/write XSL stylesheets for this DTD to generate 1) a DTD, and 2)
BNF. I document most of my language design using BNF, and I am getting
tired of essentially retyping the same information into a DTD and BNF
documentation. (Perhaps I should just make people read the source?)
