You can't as such.  Prefixes appearing in DTDs have no definite
meaning; the meaning is learned from examining the context where
the prefixed element "myns:point" appears.  Whatever "myns:" means
at that time will dictate the meaning.

(Yes, this sucks.  Live with it.)
