If you're opening a discussion on SAX 2.0, here's an idea ...

How about adding the capabililty to register multiple
handlers of a given type with a parser instance?  The parser
would send the event to the handlers in the order they were
registered.

I think it would aid in the development of modular,
re-usable handlers if you could register more than one with
a parser.
