   Possible error string bug in expat1.0.2

I sent this to James, but it bounced back:

Hi James.  Can't say how much I like expat.

While copying the error strings into a resource file (for localization), I
noticed what looks like a problem in xmlparse.c:  In XML_ErrorString, the
string "unclosed token" is repeated twice.  From the defines in xmlparse.h,
it looks like the second occurrence should be "partial character."
