xml-dev - Any other good XML lists or newsletters?

This list is great for technical issues.
But can anyone recommend another list or free newsletter
that covers higher level issues such as XML trends,
strategies, industry news on XML, analysis of XML market, etc.?
I already know about the various XML web sites.
