| Is it possible to specify numbers as attribute values in a XML
| DTD. If so let me know. Thanks in advance.
There are two main answers to this:
- with a DTD: not really. You can give it the type NMTOKEN, and then
write software to check it yourself.
- with an XML schema: yes. XML schemas have number, integer, decimal
and real data types. With a schema you can also constrain the range.
Note that XML schemas are currently in their first working draft,
which means that they _will_ change.
