What's funny is that the site is unproofread and untested.
Try clicking on some of the items in the left-hand index frame
(at least as of yesterday); they don't work, because they
references files with spaces in their names. That's fine under
most modern OSes, but URLs cannot have spaces in their names.
Consequently, the web server (rightly) barfs.
Perhaps this is now fixed; I haven't gone back to see.
