Even this is reading in too much: OASIS is a non-profit, semi-nothing
standards group, and cannot do anything for a "market."  OASIS
has only ONE (1) employee!  XML.ORG is just a web-site, really,
like a library catalog.  The press release is makes it seem more
than this, perhaps.  No real "competition" because XML.ORG is
designing/promoting no single way to do anything, e-commerce or
otherwise.  It's unfortunate that one might draw other
conclusions from the marketing crap that's flying around.
