Would qualifying the DNS name with a date sort this? 

	urn:x-hname:spam.org:1999-05-29:schemata:MakeMoneyFast

If I owned spam.org for a week, I could through my life issue hname URIs
in this form where there date element fell within the period of my
ownership...
