I personally have no objection to seeing the occasional job ad on xml-dev,
but only if it says what corner of the planet it's in. My limited
geographical knowledge, combined with awareness of casual internet habits,
tells me that Fairfax VA might be a place name and might be in a country
that requires a visa.
