| Can someone in the XML world tell me what is the difference between
| the attribute list and the attachment list?
What is the attachment list? I've never heard of it, and the XML
recommendation contains only one instance of the word 'attachment' (in
text stating that parameter entity replacement texts must have space
characters attached on each side).
