I don't see CDATA information items in the latest spec. I see this:
"3.An indication of whether the character was included literally, as a
character reference, as part of a CDATA section, or through one of the
predefined XML entities."
How do I know when one CDATA section begins and another ends? Will I have
the same problem with entity references?
