Creative does not mean "artistic". Original is without a question true for
every post. "Fixated" doesn't mean much. I "publish" this message the
moment I hit send (just as I publish personal writings the moment I hit the
Save As command).
I don't claim authoritative knowledge worthy of an IP attorney, but I don't
speak purely out of conjecture either. These are issues that I've dealt
with as an author and as a board member of an organization that manages
dozens of email lists (that has appropriate corporate counsel).
