Looks like it hasn't -- perhaps because he posted as a non-subscriber.
Unfortunately, I'm on the road this weekend, and don't have my copy of it
available to repost. One or two other people, I believe, were directly cc'd
on it--perhaps they can repost it.
Otherwise, I'll do so on Monday from the office.
