A new I-D for XML media types is available.  Two new media types for 
external parsed entities are proposed in this I-D.

Discussion about this I-D will take place in the IETF-XML-MIME mailing 
list [1].  Everybody can join this mailing list, but is strongly recommended 
to read the archive before joining discussion.   Comments sent to the 
editors directly may be forwarded to the IETF-XML-MIME ML.
