On Fri, 21 Jan 2000, Tyler Baker ignored a simple convention in order to express in lines of almost 100 cpl:

"web" != "Web". But I don't suppose you're interested in that, as you 
can't even seem to get the definition of little w "web" right.

Yes. And all of them use HTTP, HTML, etc. Open standards, regardless of
which sophistries you employ to try to obscure their relatedness.
