Yes, that's XMTP, indeed if you forward each and every XML-DEV e-mail to
test-xmtp@jabr.ne.mediaone.net it will return it to you, body set to the XML
form :-))

One purpose of this is to allow XSLT into whatever end form is desired,
including (X)HTML.
