There is just now a thread about this on the Apache xml developer's list.
There, it was posted that
1) text/xsl is NOT a registered MIME type,
2) it will NEVER be one, and
3) there is work going on that looks like it will lead to a type
application/xslt-xml, or something like that (I don't have the post on this
computer).
