Could you elaborate on that? What specific DOM functionality
would help
support that use case? What method(s) would you suggest?
Use case. An end user of our system needs to 'bookmark' a section
of source text for study purposes say. He highlights the text area,
the application defines two end points and uses xpointer to identify
the area.
No idea on methods, I'm not a java user, but the guys
on xpointer said its doable in the current wd.
