Norm:

	I use Mailman and have found it easy to use and
easy to manage.  It automatically maintains the archives.
It was recommended to me when I was having trouble with
the Washington Area SGML/XML Users Group.  It was sooo
much easier to get going than Majordomo IMHO.  It is
written in Python.  You can find more information
about it at http://www.list.org.  The listserves
that I manage don't have the volume of the XML-DEV.

	It is also great for allowing external administrators
to capability of managing the lists through the Web.
