a. This is the wrong forum to post messages like this. Please, no one
post virus or worm warnings on XML-Dev (there are dedicated mailing
lists and Web sites for this kind of warning).
b. It's true, this is a real MS Outlook worm (not a virus, but close
enough), but many of these warnings are bogus.

No, no, no, no, NO!!!
That just makes the problem worse, by clogging already-clogged mail
servers (and by encouraging the more gullible to forward the next 20
phoney warnings they receive as well as this real one). If you're
worried about your friends, phone them or walk across the hall and
visit their cubicles in person in you're in the same office.
