Speaking of which the archives seem to have hit a glitch
over the last few days as the threaded view [1] seems to
have erm, come unravelled.

I agree, there's a lot of useful information in XML-DEV, as well
as a lot of ideas. It'd be great to capture that somewhere.
Note that you can search over the postings I've abstracted for
'eclectic' using the Meerkat wire service [2]. I don't think
its a complete archive of what I've pulled out, but there's
still a lot of material there (and more being added).
For example this search [3] pulls out all references to SAX.
(The display format for quotes is a bit broken, not sure if
its me, or the RSS syndication. Its on the TODO list anyway)
