For a super early, just enough to get the idea, example of how XSet is
practically useful, see:
http://www.openhealth.org/XSet/apigen.xsl
This is the early start of an XSLT which accepts XSet as input and writes an
IDL definition of an API. It doesn't yet correctly handle <Alt> or cases
where different alternatives give the same name but it does give an example
of how subsetting can be accomplished.
This is designed to be useful for (e.g.) DOM purposes (for example defining
an API to an internal subset etc.)
